Respond quickly and resolve all rental inquires and requests no matter what time of night. If the renters are happy, they become repeat customers in the future.
Work with fully automated operating and accounting systems to keep overhead low.
Stay on top of maintenance. Small repairs that are fixed early, remain small---and renters will take better care of well maintained units.
Provide excellent communication and special services for our owners. We want our owners to enjoy their home/condo while they are here and have the peace of mind that we will protect and rent their home/condo while they are away. We will treat it as our own.
Earn the right to keep your business each and every day. If you are not completely satisfied, you can cancel our rental management program at any time.
We are experienced, licensed, and insured. All client funds are held in a state registered Trust Account until the revenue is earned. We charge a 25% management fee on adjusted gross income-- if we have multiple units in the same development. Our goal is to mail monthly revenue checks to our owner/clients by the 5th of each month, including a detailed monthly statement to keep you up to date on our performance, and the activity relating to your home or condo..
